LOCKERSAVER®  HANDLES

 Built-in Combination Lock Locking

Specifications

--- Disengage existing multiple latch locking mechanisms and remove all exposed handles.

 

--- Provide knock-out in the existing door large enough to receive already assembled LOCKERSAVER® Handle unit.

 

--- Secure LOCKERSAVER® Handle to existing locker door with four (4) steel rivets no less than 3/16" in diameter.

 

--- The LOCKERSAVER® Handle is constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel deep drawn to form one piece.  The slide latching mechanism is to be formed with two (2) pieces of stainless steel.  The front bar (which engages behind the locker frame) is to be a minimum 12 gauge while the reinforcing bar is to be 12 gauge.  The bars are to be welded together so that the handle is incapable of being disassembled.  The pull will be constructed of  12 gauge steel and welded perpendicular to the front slide bar on both sides.  Three holes will be provided in the metal cup to accommodate built-in combination or key locks.  The rear slide bar will engage with lock.

 

--- Provide and install Master # 1670  Combination Lock in the LOCKERSAVER® Handle Assembly.

--- The LOCKERSAVER® Handle comes with a ten (10) year replacement warranty.  If during that period of time, under normal use, the handle becomes defective or inoperable, return it to our factory.  We will either repair it or replace it with a new unit, free of charge.
