Pricing: We strive to print the most current pricing of all manufacturers. However, prices may change without prior notice. Prices will be verified at the time of order. Please note that pricing shown is for small quantity orders (less than $ 5,000). Please call for discounting of larger orders.

Minimum Order: There is a minimum order of $ 25 for all purchase orders.

Freight: All orders are shipped FOB factory. Prices in catalog do not reflect shipping charges. Please allow for this adjustment on your order. All purchase will be shipped BESTWAY.

Delivery: All stock items will be shipped within 10 working days. All non-stock items will be shipped according to manufacturer's production schedule.

Partial Shipments: Partial shipments may occur since items are available from a variety of sources. If your facility will not accept partial shipments and their respective billings, you must stipulate this on your purchase order. In these cases, the material will be held at our warehouse until order is complete and will be shipped and billed in accordance with your instructions.

Returns: Returns for credit will only be honored if accompanied by proper authorization voucher. Return of stock items will result in a 25% restocking charge. All non-stock or production items may not be returned. All manufacturers' warranties apply.

Terms: We will accept purchase orders from public facilities or agencies. In addition, purchase orders will be accepted from pre-approved industrial or commercial accounts. All others should include check with order. All purchase orders are strictly NET 30 from invoice date. A 2% service charge will be added monthly to any account open beyond 30 days.
